Are you interested in becoming a member of Lake Seminole Presbyterian Church?

Please speak to the pastor, a greeter, or a member of the session. It is a simple process:

We would ask you to meet with session, we have session once a month, answer a few questions, and be introduced as a member in the next worship service. We also rejoice in our online viewers who are welcome to become members as well. Please contact the pastor for more information.

There are two types of membership available:

Full Member: You have a voice, can vote, and can be on session and committees.

Associate Member: This allows you to stay a member at another church and you would be able to participate in the life of the church and have a voice in decisions.

Questions for New Members

For Joining by Profession of Faith and Reaffirmation of Faith:

Q: Trusting in the gracious mercy of God, do you turn from the ways of sin and renounce evil and its power in the world?
A: I do.

Q: Do you turn to Jesus Christ and accept him as your Lord and Savior, trusting in his grace and love?
A: I do.

Q: Will you be Christ’s faithful disciple, obeying his Word and showing his love?
A: I will, with God’s help.

For Joining by Transfer of Membership, Profession of Faith and Reaffirmation of Faith:

Q: Will you be a faithful member of this congregation, share in its worship and ministry through your prayers and gifts, your study and service, and so fulfill your calling to be a disciple of Jesus Christ?
A: I will, with God’s help.
